Returns & Exchanges

We want you to shine in your Sequin pieces, but if your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
